Registration Costs
Registration must be paid in full to guarantee your spot. The retreat price includes two separate parts: the Lodging Fee and the Event Fee. Both parts will be collected by us retreat producers—do not go to the Breitenbush website for your lodging.
The Lodging Fee
The Lodging Fee varies based on your choice of accommodations, and includes overnight lodging, three square meals per day, plus use of all of the Breitenbush amenities. This entire fee goes to Breitenbush, and the cost is about the same as if you were going there on personal retreat. For lodging choices and prices, click to see our lodging page.
The Event Fee
The Event Fee is a tiered scale based on the honor system for your personal financial situation—your generosity helps support Breitenbush and other community members.

- Standard: $155
- Community Supporter (generous): $185
The Registration Process
- Fill out the registration request form on Google. https://forms.gle/gyZCJUWaYtwanQmg7
- We will email you an initial confirmation within 24 hours, which will hold your space in the registration queue. You (and any co-occupants) will need to reply to the email with an acknowledgement that you accept all of the retreat policies.
- Then we will contact you to confirm lodging availability, review your registration details, and arrange payment.
- You will make full payment via personal check, Zelle, or PayPal. Your reservation is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your Registration for a full refund of your Event and Lodging Fees, minus a service charge of $75 per person before March 14th or $125 per person from March 15th through March 31st. No cancellation refunds after March 31st. All cancellations must be requested by email.
- After March 31st, your only option is to find a friend to transfer your exact registration spot. You must find and identify the person for the transfer--we do not have a waitlist for that. Transfers require a $125 service charge, must be requested by email, and must be processed by us. No transfers may be initiated within 48 hours of the start of the retreat. (Note: Transfers must go through the registration process and agree to all of the retreat policies.)
