Registration Costs
Registration must be paid in full to guarantee your spot. The retreat price includes two separate parts: the Lodging Fee and the Event Fee. Both parts will be collected by us retreat producers—do not go to the Breitenbush website for your lodging. (Note: We have payment plans available that cover both fees. You may reserve your preferred lodging now, put down a $125 deposit, and pay off the balance of the retreat fees at your convenience anytime before July 15th. To get started, simply follow the registration link from our website, and request a payment plan when you get your confirmation email.)
The Lodging Fee
The Lodging Fee varies based on your choice of accommodations, and includes overnight lodging, three square meals per day, plus use of all of the Breitenbush amenities. We pass along your entire fee to Breitenbush, and the cost is the same as if you were going there on personal retreat. For lodging choices and prices, click to see our lodging page.
The Event Fee
The Event Fee is a tiered scale based on the honor system—your generosity helps support Breitenbush and other community members.
**The special reduced BIPOC rate is on the Honor System. The intention is to support participation for people who have experienced marginalization and/or discrimination due to the way other people perceive their race. If you have experienced reduced financial access in life due to the way other people in the US perceive your race, then it's appropriate for you to claim this rate.
The Registration Process
1. Fill out the registration request form on Google through the following link.

2. Within 24 hours we will email you an initial confirmation, which will hold your space in the registration queue. You (and each co-occupant) will need to reply to the email with an acknowledgement that you accept all of the retreat policies.
3. Then we will contact you to review your registration details and arrange payment.
4. You will make full payment via personal check, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Your reservation is not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your Registration for a full refund of your Event and Lodging Fees, minus a service charge of $75 per person before July 15th or $125 per person from July 15th through August 9th. No cancellation refunds after August 9th. All cancellations must be requested and confirmed by email.
- After August 9th, your only option is to find a friend to transfer your exact registration spot. You must find and identify the person for the transfer--we do not have a waitlist for that. Transfers require a $125 service charge, must be requested by email, and must be processed by us. No transfers may be initiated within 48 hours of the start of the retreat. (Note: Transfers must go through the registration process and agree to all of the retreat policies.)
